Rev’s free plan transcribes English only. Essentials ($29.99 a month per seat) adds Spanish, and the full list of 37+ languages starts at Pro, $59.99 a month per seat. Human transcription is English-only.
BlaBlaScribe offers all 120+ languages on every plan, including the free one. Translation into 50+ languages is included from Creator and keeps timestamps, so the result exports as subtitles. Rev’s AI translation is a beta that translates into English only, on Pro and Unlimited.
Pricing and volume
For English at high volume Rev is generous: Essentials includes 5,000 AI minutes per seat for $29.99 a month ($25.49 billed yearly). BlaBlaScribe’s 600 minutes for $14 a month suit lighter use, and its Business plan includes 8,000 minutes for a team of five for $99.
